1. Return Policy

The customer has 14 days (including weekends) to request the return authorization by e-mail to Once the return request has been received, s.r.l. will send all the details and instructions to proceed with the return. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to follow this procedure, returns will not be accepted with prior authorization.

Returned items must be in perfect condition: they must never have been worn and / or washed, they must be intact and without signs of usage, complete with accessories (such as boxes, cases and tags), including the security seal if present.

Footwear and accessories must be returned together with the original box, which must not have been damaged in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

For reasons of hygiene, returns of swimwear and underwear (including socks) are not permitted.

If the item received is defective, please contact us immediately at the e-mail address and send pictures with evidence of the defect.

Items returned in conditions other than those in which they were shipped (example: used, washed, dirty or damaged), will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer at the original shipping address.

The return costs, except for defective items, are charged to the Customer and must be paid directly to the Courier.


  1. Refunds

The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives to our Store, through the same payment method used for the purchase. The timing of receiving the refund for payments by credit card is a minimum of 2 up to a maximum of approximately 10 days, depending on the banking system. For orders paid with PayPal, the amount will be returned to the original account.


  1. Returns instructions
  • Request the return authorization, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by e-mail to, specifying the code of the item you need to return.
  • Pack the item securely inside a box suitable for transport (for example the one in which you received the order).
  • Book you pick up by contacting the local DHL offices or those of the chosen courier.
  • The return costs are charged to the customer.
  • The return shipment must take place within 28 days from the date of receiving the purchased


  1. Changes

If the Customer decides to request the replacement of the product with another compliant one, s.r.l. will check the availability of the replacement product. In case of unavailability due to lack of size or color requested, the full amount will be re-credited to the Customer, in addition to shipping costs if incurred.

In any case, it is not possible to replace a product that does not comply with the requirements referred to in point 1.
