Orders placed outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs duties in force in the country of destination. These costs must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
A signature is required upon delivery. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.30. From the moment the items are shipped, it is no longer possible to change the destination address.
2.2 The products are shipped within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order and, in case of impediments and delays beyond our control, the shipping times will be from 1 to 5 working days, in Italy and in Europe. Customers who make a purchase through hopenstore.com will be responsible to accept the delivery of their package. In case of non-delivery for reasons caused by the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.) and the package is returned to the sender, or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any further charges will be deducted from the refund owed.
